THE CONSTITUTION IS DEAD

What many of us have long known or suspected has now been declared true by
the third highest ranking Democrat in the House, Rep. James Clyburn of South
Carolina.

This will blow your mind or bring blood to you eyes, or tears.

This was Judge Andrew Napolitano in an exchange with Rep. Clyburn over the
constitutionality of the Healthcare legislation

"Last week, I asked South Carolina Congressman James Clyburn, the
third-ranking Democrat in the House of Representatives, where in the
Constitution it authorizes the federal government to regulate the delivery
of health care. He replied: "There's nothing in the Constitution that says
that the federal government has anything to do with most of the stuff we
do." Then he shot back: "How about [you] show me where in the Constitution
it prohibits the federal government from doing this?" Rep. Clyburn evidently
forgot about the "enumerated" powers of the Federal Government and the Judge
explains this further.

What does this mean ? It means that Congress and government at all levels
passes legislation without considering whether it is Constitutional. It
means that in the eyes of elected officials and government officials
everywhere, the Constitution is just an historical document. It means we are
governed not by the rule of law but rather by the whim of law. This is why
America is coming apart.

The Constitution is dead !
