A new ad from California Republican Senate nominee Carly Fiorina's campaign accuses Sen. Barbara Boxer of "arrogance." After playing a clip of Boxer asking Brig. Gen. Michael Walsh to call her "senator" instead of "ma'am," Fiorina says: "I'll really go to work to end the arrogance in Washington."
